Los Angeles Travel Hotel Guide: Westwood Edition šŸØāœØ

Staying in Westwood means you’re close to UCLA, surrounded by great food, and the area is relatively clean and safe. I’ve stayed at two hotels here—one during last year’s Spring Festival, and loved them both! Each is uniquely beautiful and full of character. šŸ’– šŸ“ Plaza La Reina This hotel radiates Spanish charm! I originally booked it because of the gorgeous little garden, and it did not disappoint. The next morning, I took some photos there before leaving—so picturesque! If you stay on the second floor, the view must be even better. Though the hotel is small, it’s beautifully designed. The lobby is cozy and thoughtfully decorated, with attention to detail everywhere. At night, the main gate is locked, and you need a key card to enter—very secure. And the rooms? They come equipped with pots, pans, a microwave, fridge, and even a dishwasher! So convenient—we made our own breakfast there. šŸ³ā˜• If you’re driving, there’s a three-story parking structure right next to the hotel. Super handy, and I remember it being around $20 per day. šŸš—šŸ’Ø šŸ“ Palihotel This one is just diagonally across the street, with an adorable little garden at the entrance. I discovered it on Xiaohongshu last year! But heads up—there’s one big drawback: no elevator šŸ˜‘ You’ll have to carry your luggage upstairs yourself. The toiletries are by Diptyque, and the room decor—especially the windows on the first floor—is lovely. Both hotels are around $300 per night, and I’d definitely recommend them!
