Yama is my personal favorite at Le Blanc Los Cabos—total value for money. 🐷 Fun story: We told the server we wanted “double five” pieces of Wagyu (meaning two orders of 5 slices), but they thought we meant 55 slices! 😂 🍸 Lychee and Roses Martini A delicious martini with a subtle rose aroma—unique and refreshing. 🍣 Toro & Bluefin Tuna Excellent quality—worth ordering multiple rounds to satisfy your craving. But note: Toro and chutoro can sell out later, so load up early! 🥩 A4 Wagyu Nigiri Not the most heavily marbled, but still top-tier. Seasoned with a balanced salty-sour flavor—rich and satisfying. Torched until the edges curl up… perfection! Each plate in the first photo is a different cut—we ordered 66 pieces in total, which even caught the head chef’s attention! 👨🍳 🤤 Akami & Foie Gras The foie gras in the middle is torched too, melting its richness over the fresh fish—a special, elegant combo.
