Louisville Hidden Gem Restaurant Recommendation ππβ¨
Driving from #Ohio to #Tennessee and made a stop in #Kentucky for food β and stumbled upon this amazing #HiddenGem! β No regrets β only delicious discoveries π. π½οΈ Chik'n & Mi π 1765 Mellwood Ave, Louisville, KY 40206 Hereβs what we tried ποΌ 1οΈβ£ Asian Fried Freebird Chicken (Hot Jeaw Bong) Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside π! The Hot Jeaw Bong sauce is sweet and spicy (leaning sweet). We also asked for extra X-Hot seasoning π₯. Next time, Iβm going full X-Hot! 2οΈβ£ Pork Belly Steam Buns Looked a bit dry at first glanceβ¦ but surprise! π₯ It was so tender and juicy β literally burst with flavor π₯Ή. The cucumber balanced the richness perfectly. Every ingredient belonged β no extras, no waste. 3οΈβ£ Bonito Fries Fries topped with delicious sauce and bonito flakes π! Tasted like takoyakiβ¦ but with fries instead of dough balls. Great flavor, but sauce lovers might want an extra dip on the side. 4οΈβ£ Miso Pork Ramen (Garlic Lover) A solid bowl of ramen π! Wasnβt expecting such an authentic-looking serve outside a dedicated ramen shop. Not quite top-tier, but definitely above average π. Garlic boost was a win! If youβre passing through Louisville, donβt miss this spot! And if youβre interested in guides to #MammothCave, #Nashville, or #Chattanooga β follow for more!
