I usually go to Kingchang or Ahgassi for grilled beef intestine, but this unassuming little restaurant totally holds its own β the flavor is just as good as the specialty shops! The menu is huge β pretty much every Korean dish you can think of is here. I personally love their sundae (blood sausage), but since my friend wasnβt into it, we went for the grilled beef intestine. Spotting live octopus in the tank, I had to order it fresh β and also grabbed a cheese pork cutlet, which was crispy outside, tender inside, and oozing with cheese! π§π Their grilled intestine portion is massive β almost no filler, just a whole pan packed with goodness. For the first time ever, I couldnβt finish it and had to take some home! π² The live octopus came out within minutes of selecting it from the tank β fresh, not fishy at all, with a sweet undertone and that signature chewy texture.
