Love Thai Food So Much! Malai Kitchen in Dallas
šÆMalai Kitchen is a pretty popular Southeast Asian restaurant in Dallas. Although itās called Malai, most of the dishes are Thai. Compared to Too Thai Street Eat in Carrollton, it might not be as authentic, but I prefer Malai because it doesnāt use MSG. I went to Too Thai once and immediately got a headache, felt thirsty, and became sleepy afterward. āļøI highly recommend the Thai chicken wings. They have a Korean-style sauce that gives them a unique flavor, and the wings are huge (see photo 4). Itās rare to find such large wings in the US. The curry dishes are also great. Both the red and green curries are delicious. Even if you order spicy, itās not too hot and has a rich coconut milk flavor. šI also love the Monday lunch special, the Saigon Chicken Leg (see photo 1). You get a huge drumstick with cucumber salad and dirty rice for just $12. You can add a fried egg for an extra $2. There are four locations in the DFW area. I usually go to the one on Northwest Hwy: š6130 Luther Ln, Dallas Thereās also a location in West Village within Dallas. #RestaurantRecommendation #WeeklyFoodie #Dallas #DallasLife #DallasGourmet #DFWFood
