This review is a full-hearted shoutout to Bronze Bird – without a doubt, my favorite hotel restaurant in downtown. It easily outshines spots like Westgate and US Grant, and the staff is the main reason I visit at least once a week. 👏 Staff That Makes All the Difference I hope management knows just how hard everyone here works. Every time I visit, I see and appreciate their hustle. Special recognition goes to Ricardo and Ruben – both are incredibly attentive and never make me feel ignored or like a burden. As a hungry regular, I always feel genuinely cared for. 🍔 Weekday Lunch Specials That Shine The lunch deals are not only delicious but also great value. The burger (now available twice a week) is a must-try! When I’m extra hungry, I go for the Chicken Green Chile or Steak Frites, but if you prefer something lighter, I highly recommend the Citrus Arugula Salad or Short Rib Quesadilla.
