My family and I had a wonderful time at the Lotte Hotel. I’m so thrilled to have found this gem in Seattle – a place that truly blends luxury with warm, heartfelt Asian hospitality. 🏨💖 Everyone we encountered at the hotel was exceptionally kind – from the valet and front desk staff to the restaurant team. A special thank-you to Jasmin and the gracious Asian gentleman at the front desk who spent considerable time helping us find the perfect rooms and arranging an upgrade, since we needed multiple rooms on the same floor. 🛎️👨‍💼 This was a family trip with my sister, and we truly enjoyed every moment! The only feedback I’d offer is regarding the spa experience. While my treatment was good, the spa setup fell a bit short of the standard I’d expect from a hotel of this caliber. 🧖‍♀️💭 That said, we’ll definitely be back!
