The women managing the place were the very personification of precision: knowledgeable, helpful, and utterly delightful 😊👩🍳. I started with an unsweetened iced tea — and it was remarkable. Not your average brand. Brewed from premium tea leaves, crisp and refreshing 🍃✨. And that was just the beginning. The Luxury Niçoise salad was an absolute thrill — so fresh, balanced, and elevated! The green beans were crisp and blanched perfectly, the potatoes cooked just right, and the tuna tasted as if it had been caught that very morning 🥔🐟💚. That meal was pure happiness on a plate.
