Madrid Citywalk | Royal Collection Gallery
The Royal Collection Gallery in Madrid is a newly opened landmark museum located next to the Royal Palace. It's situated on the way from the Royal Palace Square to the main cathedral, and then to the innermost viewpoint. You can find the entrance of the museum on the left next to the viewpoint. After that, you just need to queue for security check, buy a ticket, and you're ready to visit! The exterior design is less about opulence and more about simplicity, with a strong sense of modernity. The museum exhibits the history of the Spanish monarchs and the artistic tastes of each protagonist. It includes many royal collections, paintings, utensils, royal items, and royal carriages, etc., categorized across six different floors according to historical dynasties. It's quite impressive, but don't touch anything without permission 🙅🏻♀️ There are staff members keeping an eye on everything! We went there around five in the afternoon, and there were not many people, so no queue. After the visit, we happened to see a beautiful sunset from the viewpoint, which was delightful.
