🚗 March Alaska Road Trip

🚗 March Alaska Road Trip|Food Guide (Part 3) Alaska's beauty feels almost unreal ✨. Two people, 2000 miles, from Fairbanks to Anchorage — all by self-drive, no tours. Soaking in hot springs, chasing the Northern Lights… every day felt like living inside a documentary 🎥❄️. 🧊 I'll share the journey in 5 detailed posts, including activities, food recommendations, stays, shopping, and car rental tips. Follow and save if you're planning your own Alaskan adventure in the future! 👇 Alaska (3): Food Guide Just my personal taste—some surprises, some letdowns. 📍 Fairbanks Brewsters 9.5/10 Found this place randomly on Google Maps — unexpectedly delicious! Full of locals. Highly recommend the Steak Bites — such a unique flavor, I loved it! Burgers were tasty, milkshakes were great. Definitely a must-try! 🍔🥩 The Crepery 10/10 So good!! We ate here four times during our stay — no disappointments. Perfect for grabbing food on the way to sightseeing spots. Highly recommend the salmon and crab crepes! 🥞🦀 Personally feel it's the most worthwhile restaurant in Fairbanks. Closed on Mondays. The Chowder House 9/10 Clam chowder and lemon garlic shrimp were solid. The cheese steak had good-quality meat and generous portions. Great for a casual lunch! 🍲🍤 Seoul Gate 8/10 The owner is Korean. The chicken soup was pretty good — a decent, no-frills Korean restaurant. Service was okay, flavors were nice. 🍗 Aurora Crepes & Peking Duck 8/10 Thought it'd be typical Americanized Chinese food, but it was actually tasty! Recommend the beef noodles and savory crepes. 🥢🦆 Lemon Grass Thai 6.5/10 A bit disappointing. Popular Thai spot in Fairbanks, highly recommended online — but doesn’t compare to Thai food in New York. Expensive and small portions. 🍛😕 📍 Anchorage Texas Roadhouse 9.5/10 A chain steakhouse with great value. The free bread before the meal is delicious! If you've never been, give it a try. Steaks are good and affordable. 🥩💰 Glacier Brewhouse 8.5/10 Average overall. The appetizer platter was tasty, beers were good, atmosphere was nice. 🍻 Snow City Cafe 7.5/10 Pretty average. Nice environment, quite popular — expect a wait. You can join the waitlist online in advance. 🍳☕ Moose’s Tooth Pub & Pizza 7.5/10 Decent pizza spot — nothing extraordinary, but reliable if you're craving pizza. 🍕 #Food#Alaska#FoodGuide#NorthAmerica#StudyAbroadLife 🍽️🗺️✨
