McKinney food diary--YOHE SUSHI & SEAFOOD

💡 Dish Sharing 🍲 Seafood Pot: We ordered clams + mussels. The seafood is on a separate mini-menu (see P7). The flavor was great, with no fishy taste at all. The only downside: we ordered three rounds of seafood, and each round was saltier than the last. 🍣 Sushi Roll: We tried the Lobster King roll, filled with shrimp, avocado, and a sweet sauce. The drawback is that you can only order a full portion (as shown in the picture), not a half portion. 🍮 Fruit "Fried Rice": Hahaha, the menu lists it as "Summer Breeze," but someone said eating it with chopsticks felt like having fried rice. Originally, I wanted to order the mango roll, but since half portions weren’t available, the server kindly recommended this dish—and it was a delightful surprise! It has three layers: the top layer is a mix of fruits like strawberries 🍓, kiwi, and mango 🥭; the middle layer is sushi rice; and the bottom layer is avocado 🥑. Everything is drizzled with a sweet sauce. Super refreshing and satisfying! 🍤 Fried Snacks: We ordered tempura shrimp, vegetables, and takoyaki. Pretty average—not recommended. 🥢 Sashimi Platter: The salmon was thick-cut and rich, the shrimp was ordinary, but the eel was delicious! ✨ Overall Experience: 💰 $31.99 per person. If you give them a 5️⃣-star review, you get a 5% discount. The ambiance was nice, and the staff were very friendly!
