Melbourne 4D3N Budget Trip: Only 3k RMB/Pax!

As college students, we kept it cheap (thanks to family-help with hotels 😉). Normally, 3.5-4k RMB should cover it! ✈️ Transport Sydney ↔ Melbourne round-trip flights: 1,193 RMB (booked 1 day prior—cheaper options exist!). 🏨 Accommodation Grand Hyatt (CBD location = perfect for walking + tour pickups). Splurge-worthy if you can! 🗓️ Itinerary Day 1: Arrival + Food Landed at Avalon Airport (⚠️ avoid—too far! Choose Tullamarine instead). Family dinner: Unexpectedly amazing Cantonese food (Sichuaners eating dim sum in AU 😂). Top Tea (Melbourne-exclusive bubble tea!) in Chinatown. Day 2: City Walk Route: Hosier Lane → St. Paul’s Cathedral → Flinders Station → Royal Arcade → Billy’s Center → State Library → Carlton Gardens → Hotel nap 🥱 → St. Kilda Pier (wild penguins at dusk! 🐧) → Korean dinner Jang Gun → Back via train. Tip: Penguins only emerge after dark—bundle up! Day 3: Great Ocean Road Tour (325 RMB/pax) 7:30 AM Hotel pickup → 12 Apostles → Wild koalas 🐨 → Apollo Bay lunch (award-winning ice cream 🍦 + fried seafood platter) → Great Ocean Road sign → Split Point Lighthouse → Return by 7:30 PM → Daiwa Yunnan (spicy perfection!). *Verdict: 12-hour marathon but zero fatigue—thanks to bus naps!* Day 4: National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) Brunch: French crêpes (yum!) → Yarra River walk → Park → NGV (Yayoi Kusama, Picasso, Monet! 🖼️) → Airport. 💡 Tips Free trams in CBD = walk + ride everywhere! Book Puffing Billy early (we missed out 😢). Melbourne’s CBD is tiny—cover it in a day! #BudgetTravel #Melbourne #GreatOceanRoad #Koalas #Penguins #NGV
