Memorial Day in the US|Visited SGD Tofu & BBQ in Irvine for Korean
Today’s a U.S. holiday, so I took my partner and son to SGD Tofu & BBQ in Irvine for some Korean eats! 🥳 This restaurant has branches all across the U.S. and is famous for its classic tofu soup. We ordered a few popular dishes—our meal for three came to around $100, and everything was absolutely delicious—no disappointments at all! 😋 ⭐ Seafood Tofu Soup A must-order signature dish! Served piping hot in a stone pot, it’s full of umami flavor with silky-soft tofu and generous seafood portions. So comforting with a bowl of rice! 🍲🦐 ⭐ Stone Pot Bibimbap Crispy rice at the bottom mixed with savory sauce, fresh veggies, and tender meat—every bite kept us going back for more! 🥢🔥 ⭐ Korean Braised Short Ribs (Galbi Jjim) Well-marinated, tender, and slightly sweet in classic Korean style—perfect with steamed rice! 🍖✨ ⭐ Seafood Pancake (Haemul Pajeon) Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and loaded with seafood. Dipped in sauce, it’s even more delicious—everyone loved it! 🫓💯 Overall, the flavors are authentic, the service is warm and friendly, and even though it was busy on the holiday, the food came out quickly! Great for get-togethers with friends or family meals. 👨👩👦❤️ If you’re in the U.S.—especially in California—I highly recommend trying this spot for some satisfying Korean comfort food! 📍 SGD Tofu & BBQ - Irvine #IrvineFood #SGDTofuHouse #KoreanFoodRecommendation #LifeInTheUSA #EatsOverseas
