Memories of Tucson

1. I visited Tucson around this time last year. The winter there was rather pleasant, not cold at all. You can take a quick tour and spend either one or two days there. πŸ˜Šβ˜€οΈπŸ™οΈ It offers a variety of attractions that can be explored at a relaxed pace within that short period. πŸ˜ŽπŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈπŸŒ† 2. 🎈Saguaro NP It's a landmark. The city divides the park into two sections. I visited both areas and personally preferred the western section. However, the light pollution there is quite severe, so it's not suitable for photographing the starry sky. πŸ˜ƒπŸŒ΅πŸŒƒ The cacti in the park are really impressive, standing tall and adding a unique charm to the landscape. Even though the light situation isn't ideal for stargazing, the natural beauty during the day makes it a must-visit place. 😊🏜️🌟 3. 🎈San Xavier del Bac Mission Since I'm not a religious believer, I just stood outside and looked at it for a while without going inside. 😎β›ͺπŸ‘€ The architecture from the outside is still quite fascinating, with its unique style that gives a hint of the history and culture it represents. πŸ˜ƒπŸ›οΈπŸ“Έ 4. 🎈Titan missile museum It's really interesting. After buying tickets and entering, there's a tour available. You can learn about the past missile crises and also get a close look at the missiles. πŸ˜ŠπŸš€πŸ“š It's a great opportunity to understand an important part of history and see those powerful weapons up close, which makes the visit quite educational. πŸ˜ŽπŸ’‘πŸ° 5. 🎈Pima air&space museum It takes about half a day to fully explore the museum. If you're a fan of planes, you shouldn't miss it. There's even an aircraft from China Southern Airlines. πŸ˜ƒβœˆοΈπŸ•™ The wide variety of aircraft on display showcases different eras and models of aviation history, making it a paradise for plane enthusiasts. 😊🚁🎊 6. 🎈Airplane boneyard It's now closed to the public. It seemed that there used to be tours allowing people to go inside before. You can park your car on the roadside by the north fence and enjoy the view from there. πŸ˜ŽπŸ›«πŸ–ΌοΈ Even just seeing the numerous retired planes from a distance gives you a sense of the grandeur of aviation history. πŸ˜ƒπŸš—πŸŒ„ 7. There were also some other attractions like Biosphere 2 and botanical gardens. But I wasn't particularly interested in them, so I didn't go. 😊🌳🏞️ Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to travel destinations, and I focused more on the ones that caught my attention the most. πŸ˜ŽπŸ—ΊοΈπŸŒŸ #Tucson #Arizona #Travel #Nikon
