Miami Travel Guide ๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ˜Ž

First Stop: Vizcaya Museum & Garden ๐Ÿฐ๐ŸŒŠ The scenery here is absolutely stunning! ๐Ÿคฉ The ticket price is $25๐ŸŽซ, and the back garden and seaside views are worth every penny! Second Stop: Versailles Restaurant Cuban Cuisine ๐Ÿด๐Ÿฅ˜ Recommended by a local Miami classmate as the best Cuban food spot, and it didn't disappoint! The seafood stew and sandwiches were delicious, and the calamari rings were pretty good too. ๐Ÿ˜Œ However, the steak was a bit tough and overcooked (we didn't ask, just ordered it well-done...). Oh, and that "banana drink" I ordered? Turned out to be alcohol! ๐Ÿ˜‡ But interestingly, they didn't check my ID here when buying booze~ Third Stop: Little Havana ๐ŸŒด๐Ÿฆ Head straight to Azucar Ice Cream - Little Havana. The ice cream portions are huge, and the taste is on point! ๐Ÿ‘ But Little Havana itself felt a bit underwhelming. It's just one street filled with clothing stores, jewelry shops, art galleries, and restaurants/bars. ๐Ÿ™ƒ A pretty small neighborhood. Fourth Stop: Bayfront Park ๐Ÿ–๏ธ๐ŸŒž It was scorching hot here, and there wasn't much to see except the beach, coconut trees, and palm trees. ๐ŸŒด However, there was a pretty cool graffiti wall nearby. I also tried the Loop็ฉบไธญ็ฃๆ‚ฌๆตฎ (Sky Maglev) experienceโ€”driverless and free! It took me one stop to the downtown shopping area, but it felt quite deserted there with not many people or shops around. Fifth Stop: South Beach ๐Ÿ–๏ธ๐ŸŒ… We headed back to the island and walked south along Miami Beach. The seaside views were lovely, and by 4-5 PM, it wasn't hot anymoreโ€”just the perfect temperature! ๐Ÿฅฐ Sixth Stop: Dinner Recommendation - CVI.CHE 105!!! ๐Ÿด๐Ÿฆž This was hands down the best and most satisfying Peruvian meal we had in Miami! Remember to book a table a day in advance~ The steak was amazing! ๐Ÿฅฉ And the grilled, marinated squid tentacles were a hit too! A truly satisfying meal~ The most mind-blowing thing about Miami is the distances! ๐Ÿ˜… On the map, it looks like you could walk everywhere, but in reality, it takes 40-50 minutes to get somewhere. The scale is really deceiving! You think you're just two traffic lights away, but it still takes 10+ minutes by taxi! So, always check the distances beforehand and plan accordingly. Plus, with this heat, you can't really go on a half-hour power walk. You'll literally melt! But I just love the blue sea and the warm weather here. ๐Ÿ’™ Soon, I'll be back in Boston's icy winter. โ„๏ธ #BeachWallpapers #BlueSoothingScenery #BeachSandViews
