Michelin 1-Star "French"｜Heritage with a New Menu ✨

TL;DR: Most dishes were delicious 🤤, meal lasted about 2.5 hours. Menu on the last slide. 🅿️ Parking: $25 valet, or some park at nearby dd's DISCOUNT (4-min walk), but it's for customers only and risky after hours. If you go, aim for a reservation before 7 PM. Only Tasting Menu available. Add Black Truffle to Scallop for $25. Last month’s caviar add-on is now the first course this month! 1️⃣ Appetizers: Shrimp chips with dip – BEST! Highly recommend. Octopus skewer – A bit spicy but otherwise mild. Celery root – Sour, not my favorite (but I don’t like celery anyway). Red Chai Coconut Water – Unique but just okay. 2️⃣ Crème Caviar Vanilla ice cream topped with caviar—one of the highlights! ❤️ Maybe because I was craving ice cream anyway 😋 3️⃣ Kanpachi Crudo Hard to rate—served with raw peas from their farm (tasted… earthy). The fish itself was bland, needed the peas for flavor. 4️⃣ Oyster Mushroom Very tasty, though a bit salty. 5️⃣ Scallop (+ Jamón + Mussel) Absolutely loved this! ❤️❤️ Mussels with purple onion threads were delicious—even I, an onion-hater, enjoyed it! 6️⃣ Bread Standard, nothing special. 7️⃣ Duck Slightly gamey but creatively presented—duck breast layered with sausage. The grapes on the side were nice. 8️⃣ Desserts Textures were interesting, but flavors didn’t wow me. Chocolate lovers would enjoy the final dessert though! 💰 ~$200+ per person (after tax & tip) Heritage is not only Michelin 1-Star but also a Green Star restaurant—true farm-to-table with ingredients from their own farm, so the menu changes often! Loved the warm, inclusive vibe—many women chefs and staff, no forced tipping suggestions, and excellent service.
