Michelin Review for a $30-per-person Restaurant Just Out

🦋Texas has recently released a list of Michelin-rated restaurants, and I found one that serves Vietnamese cuisine, which I had bookmarked before. The price per person is acceptable, so I hurried to try it out and see what makes it so special. The restaurant is located in a pretty fashionable neighborhood, where all the nearby eateries look great. The place itself isn't large, but as soon as you enter, you can tell that it serves Vietnamese food tailored to foreign palates. It has won quite a few awards. The menu is accessed by scanning a QR code, and it turns out to be a PDF. ⭐ Vietnamese Spring Rolls and Fried Chicken Wings The appetizers come in generous portions. The spring rolls are tightly packed, but the peanut sauce is a bit dry. The chicken wings are fried to a crisp and smell really delicious. ⭐ Shaking Tenderloin (Dry-fried Beef Tenderloin Rice) It's essentially pepper steak rice, but the beef is stir-fried first, giving it a bit of an American Chinese food feel. What's unique is that their rice is blue, thanks to the addition of butterfly pea flower, which makes for great photos. ⭐ BUN BO HUE (Huế-style Beef Noodle Soup) This dish was recommended to me by the waiter. It's not commonly found elsewhere and is a specialty of this restaurant. He warned me that it's very spicy. I thought, "How spicy could Vietnamese food be?" But it turned out to be super spicy, and you can't choose the level of spiciness. The flavor is like a more intense version of pho. The soup base is said to have been simmered for 12 hours and does taste very fresh. #WantedToRecordThisMoment #ThisTemplateIsSomething #Dallas #LifeInNorthAmerica
