Mini Getaway: San Antonio, Texas š¹
If youāre visiting San Antonio, you canāt miss the River Walk! Definitely book a hotel nearby so you can stroll around in the evening, enjoy a drink or two, and head back tipsy for a good nightās sleepānow thatās relaxation! šø All these photos are from the River Walk ~ the vibrant Spanish-style architecture is so colorful and super photogenic! šø If youāve had enough Mexican food, I recommend a Japanese spot along the river called Tokyo Cowboy. Beautiful interior, great views, and relatively peaceful. š± These were taken at Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch š¦āyou can drive through yourself or take a guided tour. There are plenty of ostriches, cute deer š¦, and sweet goats šātheir innocent eyes just melt your heart š„ŗ. Giraffes and zebras, for some reason, were behind fences here. I remember the Dallas safari allowed them to stick their heads into your car for interaction š. The animals are adorable, but whether Iād recommend this place depends on whether your city already has a safariāthis one isnāt particularly unique. Graffiti wall photo op? šØ Go for the picsānavigate to Hoefgen Street! Market Square⦠honestly, a bit disappointing. The items sold here canāt compare to Yiwu Market š . Parking was tough, and we waited an hour for a table at Mi Tierra Cafe Y Panaderia. The food and atmosphere were just okay, but the lovely live music from the uncle singing inside made up for it a little š~ Final thoughts: The River Walk is a must-visit š ā but honestly, itās pretty much the main attraction. This trip wasnāt as in-depth as I hoped⦠but Iāll be back! How could I resist this photogenic colorful town? š #Texas #SanAntonio #HolidayOutfit #WeekendGetaway
