Minneapolis City Walk Route
Having lived in Minneapolis for almost three weeks, Iโve put together a quick must-visit route: Prince Mural ๐จ โ Painted by local artist Peyton Scott Russell, this mural pays tribute to the legendary musician Prince, who was born and raised here. Across the street is First Avenue, where Prince recorded music, and its iconic wall features stars of many artists who also recorded there. Nearby is the famous Target Field. โพ Bob Dylan Mural ๐ธ โ Just a 5-minute walk north, youโll find a mural honoring Bob Dylan, the folk-rock icon and Nobel Prize winner born in Minnesota in 1941. Minneapolis Central Library ๐ โ Another 5-minute walk north takes you to the beautiful central library. More details in my blog! Mill City Museum / Guthrie Theater / Gold Medal Park / Stone Arch Bridge ๐ โ Head east on Washington Ave S toward the Mississippi River. These spots are perfect for history, culture, and views.
