Minnesota's Hidden Gem Thai Restaurant šŸ”„

Back at this Thai restaurant again!! This is already my third visit, and I still can't get enough of it~ You can literally order anything here without disappointment—the flavors are absolutely authentic šŸ˜‰ Their Tom Yum Goong is a must-order every time! So tangy and spicy, really wakes up the appetite, and the spices are super aromatic~ The portion isn’t huge though, so if you’re in a group, I’d recommend ordering a few dishes to share! šŸ˜† The pineapple fried rice is also amazing!! Comes with big juicy shrimp, but we skipped it this time because we wanted to try more dishes~ Next time, I really want to try their crab fried rice—I have a feeling it’ll be delicious šŸ˜ Their Pad Thai is loaded with ingredients! Crushed peanuts, bean sprouts, and squid mixed together—sweet, savory, and super flavorful~ 😊 The green curry has a hint of sweetness with a mild kick, and the coconut flavor is rich and comforting. I could easily eat two bowls of rice with it!! šŸ˜„ The only small letdown is that they don’t have Pad Krapow on the menu 😭 To all my Minnesota foodies—any recommendations for other Thai spots that serve great Pad Krapow? Please share your go-to places!!
