My appetizer was a raw Wagyu salad. I thought the seasoning on the Wagyu was quite good, with a tender and chewy texture that was both soft and had a bit of bite to it. ππΈ However, the bread that came with it was a bit underwhelming. It was too hard, which made the combination feel less cohesive when eaten together. For dessert, I highly recommend this green one. It really gives off a "Wizard of Oz" vibe. The top layer is a crispy cereal, paired with dried berries and a sweet - and - sour jam. The berries have a nice crunch, not a chewy texture. ππΈ The bottom layer is a liquid that doesn't have a very distinguishable flavor. Overall, it's not sweet, which I really like. There was also a blood orange dessert. The bottom had a pudding - like texture, but it was more like a custard. ππΈ It tasted salty at first, with a slight bitterness. It came with a blood orange - flavored granita and a crispy sesame wafer on top. It's a very innovative dish. π #DessertGoals π
