Today I visited Mint Tapas and Sushi, a Japanese fusion restaurant located in Draper. The overall ambiance and plating are exquisite—perfect for a romantic date or a casual gathering with friends. 💫👫 Prices are moderately high, and while the food was generally average, I must give a special shout-out to their scallop dish—it was absolutely stunning and unforgettable! 🐚🔥 Other dishes, however, were just okay. If you’re purely seeking a flavorful culinary adventure, this might not be the top recommendation.
