Modern Korean Cuisine in Downtown Seattle
This is a modern Korean restaurant in downtown Seattle, similar to Paju, but in my opinion, it caters even more to the Chinese palate 🙌🏻. Alaskan Black Cod 🐟 The photo doesn’t do it justice, but the flavor is absolutely amazing 👍🏻. The black cod is simmered in a fermented soy sauce broth, rich and savory with tender, delicate meat. Both the fish and the carrots 🥕 in the dish pair perfectly with rice. For two people, half a portion is plenty 🌟. Grilled Black Angus Hanger Steak 🐂 Of course, you have to order stone pot bibimbap when having Korean food 😋. The steak is incredibly aromatic, tender, and juicy. The rice is cooked with butter, making it equally fragrant. Eating a bowl of this hearty bibimbap on a rainy day ☔️ is truly satisfying ❤️. Beef Sliders and Steak Tartare are also worth trying. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and located downtown, though parking isn’t very convenient 🅿️. By the way, BOO Seattle is so much fun 🤣🤣. Happy Halloween! 🎃 #Seattle#Seattleguiide#Seattlelife#Seattlefood#fooddiary#Seattlediary
