Momiji Capitol Hill: New canteen in Seattle

🌕 The food court on the second floor of the H Mart (called M2M Mart) on Capitol Hill has finally opened! It's currently having a grand opening, and the menu is quite appealing! 🤩 🌕 Today, I ordered fried pork cutlet curry and fried chicken (a total of 8 pieces). The pork cutlet was much better than it looked! The cutlet was neither too dry nor too thin (as I've been in the U.S. for a while, I always feel like the technique for Japanese pork cutlet hasn't made its way here... there aren't many Japanese pork cutlet chain stores 😮‍💨. American fried pork cutlets are always thin and not very juicy. 🌕 The fried chicken was very delicious! You can't tell from the photo, but there were actually two giant fried chicken legs + 6 small wings. The skin was crispy and delicious, and the meat was also juicy～I think it's great 😎 I also ordered extra honey mayo sauce to go with the small wings, which was a good match, but the large fried chicken legs didn't really need the sauce～The giant chicken legs were really big, about the size of a face 🤣 🌗 Before going, because it's new, I checked Google reviews and saw that many people had a bad experience because they had to wait for a long time...
