✨Alabama is a quintessential Southern U.S. state with a rich history and a significant role in the Civil War. 🩷People often say that the "Alabama spirit" embodied by Forrest Gump represents a prototype of the American spirit. As Forrest Gump's hometown, all license plates here bear the words "Sweet Home Alabama." 🥰Montgomery, the state capital, is affectionately nicknamed "The Gump." Historic buildings surround the Capitol Square, and the scenery at Riverfront Park is uniquely charming. For lunch, we tried a local Alabama dish called "Tips and Chips." ✔️The name might not immediately suggest it, but it's pulled pork served with thick potato chips.
