Lately, I’ve been craving steak, and after seeing so many recommendations for this place, I finally checked it out! 1️⃣ Starter: Warm Oysters (6 for $24) 🦪 The oysters were served warm—cooked around the edges but still raw inside. Topped with apple bits and mayo, the texture was amazing. A bit rich after a few, but otherwise perfect. 2️⃣ Focaccia Bread ($6) 🥖 MUST ORDER! Unexpectedly delicious! Charcoal-grilled, arriving with a smoky aroma—crispy outside, fluffy inside. Paired with their homemade butter🧈, it was so good I wanted seconds! 3️⃣ Non-Alcoholic Amer ($12) 🥃 Served with lemon peel-infused ice, it had a subtle citrusy fragrance—really refreshing! 4️⃣ Rib Steak Set ($140) 🥩 The server recommended medium-rare, but after trying, medium was better (medium-rare was too raw). The steak, charcoal-grilled and generously portioned, was fantastic. The silky mashed potatoes on the side were perfectly seasoned. The set also included a pasta-like dish —chewy texture topped with loads of cheese🧀. So good! 5️⃣ Amélanche ($16) Dessert was HEAVENLY! A lavender sorbet base with blueberry-like jam, paired with fluffy cake and ice-cream-textured cheese. I seriously considered ordering another one. 💰 Around $150 per person—definitely a place I’d revisit!
