Montreal Maternity Diary – Portus360 Portuguese Cuisine 🇵🇹

I swear I came to Canada just to prepare for childbirth... but somehow I’ve turned into a food/travel blogger? (Don’t worry—I’m still doing all my prenatal checkups! 😆) This week, my maternity home arranged a visit to Portus360, a rotating Portuguese restaurant on the 31st floor. We leisurely spent 2 hours and 20 minutes over dinner—just enough time for one full rotation, enjoying both the food and a bird’s-eye view of downtown Montreal! 🏙️ 🍽 Tasting Menu Experience We opted for the chef’s tasting menu (no decision fatigue!)—only had to pick our main course. Appetizers & Starters . Pre-Main "Palate Cleanser": A boozy gelato to "reset" our stomachs before the main dish (too bad I couldn’t try it—pregnancy problems! 🤰). Best Bites: Freshly baked bread basket (I shamelessly ate 4 whole baguettes… sorry, nutritionist! 🥖). Steak: Cooked flawlessly—tender, juicy, and melt-in-your-mouth perfect. Dessert: Must pair with coffee, or it’s too rich! 💭 Final Thoughts A memorable dining experience—next time, I’ll come back with wine pairings! 🍷 📍 Portus360 (31st-floor rotating restaurant) #Foodie #CanadaLife #MontrealEats #HiddenGems #MaternityDiary
