🚃 From Sarajevo to Mostar by Train: Take tram #102/103 near Sebilj Fountain to Sarajevo Railway Station. Trains to Mostar run only twice daily (≈7:15 AM & 4:49 PM). Buy tickets online in advance, exchange for paper tickets at the station, and grab any seat! ⚠️ Don’t sleep! The scenic journey through mountains and valleys is breathtaking. 🏠 Accommodation: Stayed at a hostel 5 mins from the bus station (convenient for onward travel to Montenegro). The Old Town is within easy walking distance. 📍 War Scars en Route: On the northern path to the Old Town, find a bullet-riddled ruin (📍 search Háborús rom épület). A haunting relic beside a roundabout (Fig. 5). 🌉 Old Town Wanderings: Stari Most (Old Bridge): Watch daredevils leap for tips—entertaining but touristy. Secret Sunset Spot: Climb stone stairs near the bridge to a café terrace. Views like a油画 (oil painting)! (Fig. 6-8). Unmissable at dusk. ⛰️ The Mountain Cross (Križ na Humu): Skipped Blagaj Spring (inconvenient transport). Chose the cross hike instead. 4-hour round-trip walk from the bridge—tiring but worth it!
