Murasaki | A Hidden Gem with a Full Google Score 🍣💯

This Japanese restaurant has been on my list for a very, very long time. I was finally able to make a reservation on a Saturday at the end of 2023 after several failed attempts. ⚠️ This restaurant requires advance booking and a credit card to secure your reservation. If you don't show up, you'll be automatically charged 10 euros. The restaurant is located inside the Helka Hotel. Once you enter, you'll see signs directing you to it. The price is the same on weekends as on weekdays, which was a pleasant surprise. You can choose one main dish with two side dishes or five side dishes, including rice and miso soup. You can also get more rice if you need it. The whole set ranges from 15 to 25 euros. Since it's an open kitchen, you can see the chefs preparing the dishes the whole time. 💫 Sashimi 💶 25 euros A sashimi platter with all very fresh ingredients. It's delicious. If you only like salmon, you can order the sashimi from the menu, which is nine thick slices of raw salmon for 18 euros. My friend ordered teriyaki chicken wings, which were generous in portion and had a sweet flavor, cooked tender and soft. Side dishes: 💫 Potato salad with potatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and mayonnaise. The overall taste is quite good. 💫 Eggplant and bell peppers. The taste is particularly good, and I really like it. 💫 Sweet omelette. I also like it. 💫 Sesame tofu. I love it; the sesame flavor is particularly rich, but my friend doesn't like it as much. It might get a bit if you eat too much. 🍧 Desserts 💫 Coffee jelly 💶 4 euros I'm not a fan of the bitterness of coffee, and even with the sweet cream on top, it's still bitter for me. I used four parts milk to one part coffee, that's just me, haha. 💫 Matcha pudding 💶 5 euros I prefer this dessert. Strangely, I can accept the bitterness of matcha, hahaha.
