Visited Murata at 11:40 this morning and discovered their amazing Japanese teishoku set! For just $28, you can choose two main dishes—I went with teriyaki chicken and sashimi. The set also includes side dishes, rice, and miso soup✨ The teriyaki chicken had a beautiful amber glaze with perfectly balanced sweet and savory notes, and the meat was tender and juicy🍗. The sashimi platter featured three types of fresh fish, and the thick cuts were so satisfying🐟! The pickled radish in the side dishes was crisp and refreshing, while the miso soup was served warm—so comforting☺️ Heads up: Lunch is only served from 11:30 to 13:30⏰, so it’s best to arrive early. If you’re driving, park in the underground lot next door🅿️. After your meal, don’t forget to ask for a free parking ticket! The set was generous, authentic, and the service was warm.
