MUSEO DELLA BISTECCA

**While strolling around, I had passed by this restaurant several times. The exterior was really eye-catching. Finally, I managed to make time to explore it!**❤️❤️❤️ We arrived early, and there weren't many customers in the restaurant yet. Some people chose to sit outside to enjoy the breeze and cool off, while I opted to sit inside and took plenty of photos! The entire space feels like a mini museum. The statues, murals, and the overall decor style are incredibly artistic and full of creativity. The visual experience is top-notch. Alright, let's get down to the food!😍😍😍 **Degustazione di Formaggi** A cheese platter, accompanied by honey, jam, and sweet onion sauce. Except for the blue cheese, which I didn't touch at all, the other goat cheeses were quite mild and not too overpowering. I really enjoyed them. **Carpaccio Wagyu A5 Flambé** 😻😻😻 The A5 Wagyu beef slices, flambéed on the spot, looked incredibly tempting. Dipped in a bit of soy sauce, the meat was tender and had a great texture. It was just perfect. **La Tavolozza dell’Artista** The beef tartare was beautifully arranged like an artist's palette. It was truly a feast for the eyes! It came with four different sauces. I only remember the BBQ flavor, but the other three were also delicious, even though I can't recall their names (oops). **Origami di Sapore** 💕💕💕 The toast had beef and spinach inside. The outer layer was crispy, while the filling was juicy. It was topped off with the familiar BBQ sauce. The overall taste was very satisfying. **Risotto Doro** The saffron beef truffle risotto was aromatic as soon as it was served. The rice was cooked to perfection—soft yet distinct, and it had a smooth texture. The flavors were rich but not greasy, and the layers of taste were truly impressive. It was a delightful surprise! **Regina delle Alpi** The steak from Spain was something I was a bit hesitant about at first. I had tried Spanish steaks before and didn't like the strong flavors. But this time, after the waiter's recommendation, I gave it a try. Apart from having a bit too much fat, which felt like a bit of a waste, the meat and aroma were actually quite good. **Caffè Macchiato** The meal was so filling that I didn't have room for dessert. I just had a cup of coffee to round things off. I heard that their desserts are also quite famous, so I'll definitely come back for those next time. **Overall, this is a restaurant that combines a great atmosphere with delicious food. It's perfect for those who enjoy taking photos and savoring the dining experience. I can't wait to visit again and try their dessert selection!** **Location: Museo della Bistecca Address: Via dei Lamberteschi, 5r 50123 Firenze FI** #Italian #Restaurant #French
