🌟 Must-Try in Charlotte | A Delicious Journey at "

Quick Personal Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a huge rice noodle lover stuck in Durham — where authentic rice noodle spots are sadly missing — finding "Ten Seconds to Rice Noodle" in Charlotte felt like a dream come true! 🥹✨ Even setting aside my personal bias, this place delivers on all fronts. I especially love how they present the side dishes just like traditional "Crossing the Bridge" rice noodles, arranged beautifully on a tray — so visually satisfying! 🥰 Here’s what we tried, and each dish stood out in its own way: 🍜 Spicy Fatty Beef Rice Noodles A rich and flavorful broth with just the right kick of heat! 🔥 The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the thinly sliced beef melted tenderly with each bite. Pure comfort in a bowl! 🍜 Green Pepper Fish Fillet Rice Noodles My friend ordered this, and both the broth and noodles were excellent. The fish was soft and delicate — though I personally wished the slices were cut thinner for an even more cloud-like texture. Still, a delicious bowl! 🍽️ Cold Chicken Gizzards A simple and tasty side dish, fairly priced! No complaints — though if I had to be picky, a slightly crispier texture would make it even better. 🧋 Passion Fruit Green Tea & Pearl Milk Green Tea Classic bubble tea done right — no surprises, just reliable goodness. A perfect pairing with the spicy noodles! ☀️🍵 📍 Location: Ten Seconds to Rice Noodle – CharlotteI left already wondering — when will you open in Durham?! We’re in a rice noodle desert here and can’t wait! 🙏 P.S. One minor note: Some of the side dishes seemed pre-prepped a bit in advance (like the ham, which stuck together), so adding them to the broth wasn’t as smooth. But that’s a small issue in an otherwise fantastic meal! 😊 #CharlotteEats #TenSecondsToNoodle #RiceNoodleLove #CrossingTheBridgeNoodles #CLTfoodie #NorthCarolina #NCFood #DurhamFoodies #AsianComfortFood #MustTry #FoodReview #NoodleLover
