Personal Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a huge rice noodle lover stuck in Durham (where there are no good rice noodle spots!), finding this place in Charlotte felt like a blessing 😇✨. Even without my bias, this restaurant delivers on all fronts! I especially love how they serve the toppings separately – just like traditional cross-bridge rice noodles in China – making the meal visually satisfying and fun to assemble! Here’s what we tried: 🌶️ Spicy Fatty Beef Rice Noodle The broth was flavorful and nicely spicy, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and the thinly sliced beef melted in your mouth when paired with the noodles – so satisfying! 🐟 Green Pepper Fish Filment Rice Noodle My friend ordered this – both the soup and noodles were excellent. The fish was tender, though I wish it was sliced thinner for a more delicate texture. 🍗 Marinated Chicken Gizzard A solid side dish at a fair price. If I had to nitpick, I’d prefer the gizzard to be a bit crispier. 🧋 Passion Fruit Green Tea & Pearl Milk Green Tea Classic bubble tea – reliable and perfect with spicy noodles! My only tiny complaint: Some toppings (like the ham) seemed pre-prepared and stuck together, making them a bit hard to separate when adding to the soup. But it’s a minor issue!
