Must-Try in LA!🔥 Seafood Heaven at The Lobster in Santa Monica 🌊🦞

The other day, my friends and I drove to Santa Monica and stumbled upon The Lobster right by the ocean at sunset. The place extends out toward the sea, and since it wasn’t too crowded, we decided to try it — and wow, it was hands-down the freshest seafood I’ve had in LA! 🥹💖 Here’s what we ordered: 1️⃣ Charred Octopus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Only a couple of tentacles, but they were grilled to perfection — crispy outside, tender inside, with a beef-like chewiness. Served with potatoes and avocado mash. So good, I didn’t mind the small portion! 2️⃣ Grilled Lobster ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Their signature dish! Almost every table had one. The lobster meat was plump, juicy, and garlicky, with that perfect springy texture. Worth every penny! 3️⃣ Salmon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Seared on the outside, raw inside — the best of both worlds! Topped with crispy fried skin that added amazing crunch. Served with mashed potatoes and sweet nuts. 4️⃣ Uni (Sea Urchin) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a uni lover, this was the freshest I’ve had in LA! Sweet, creamy, and melts in your mouth. I only wish there was more! 5️⃣ Banana Bread Dessert ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More like a soft chocolatey steamed cake — not too sweet, just right for Asian taste buds! Comes with homemade peanut butter that’s rich and fragrant. So good even without a strong banana flavor. Everything was absolutely delicious — no regrets at all!
