Must-Try Omu Rice in Los Angeles! 🍱 Chino’s Japanese Restaurant

I was recommended this Japanese place in Chino by a friend. Even though it was a Friday night and I had to drive an hour from home, it was totally worth the trip! Another day of envying friends who live on the east side. TT🥹 🌟 **Must-Try Dishes:** 🍳 **Omu Rice:** The signature dish you can’t miss! The owner says omu rice is a must-order at their restaurant, and it’s different from traditional molten-core omu rice. This one features a thin, smooth omelette over a slightly kimchi-flavored Korean-style fried rice. It’s a unique fusion of Japanese and Korean flavors. Unlike other omu rice dishes that taste pretty similar, this one is truly special and impressive. You can order it with confidence! If you’re not eating a lot of carbs, this portion is enough for 2-3 people. 🍣 **Sashimi Platter:** Fresher than other places! A must-order! Many Japanese restaurants offer sashimi platters, but the quality of each type of fish here is noticeably better. Freshness is key for sashimi, and you can instantly tell the difference. My personal favorites are the bluefin tuna and yellowtail sashimi. 🥩 **A5 Wagyu Tartare:** A delight for beef lovers! This is a new item on the menu. If you enjoy raw beef, you should definitely try this dish. The eye cut of Wagyu beef is tender and flavorful. Warm raw beef paired with a small bite of rice is a guilt-free dish even for those watching their weight. Delicious and not fattening! 🥄 **Special One-Bite Spoons:** Super high value! Priced at $16-$18 for two spoons, these are perfect for sharing between two people. Each spoon combines two types of sashimi with seasoned side dishes, offering a rich texture and flavor in every bite. It’s not your typical sashimi experience. My personal favorites are the Hokkaido scallop uni spoon and the negitoro special spoon. 🦪 **Oysters:** Kumamoto Oysters These oysters are small in size but big in flavor. Squeeze some lemon on top before eating for a super refreshing taste. 🥳 **An incredibly satisfying and enjoyable meal!** I highly recommend trying other dishes next time. This type of Japanese cuisine is perfect for a guilt-free meal during weight loss periods. Order with confidence! 📍 **Bengee Sushi** #LosAngelesCuisine #LosAngeles #la #laJapaneseFood #LosAngelesSushi #bengeesushi #SushiLovers #LosAngelesDining #LosAngelesOmakase #Urchin #LosAngelesUrchin #LosAngelesSushi #GlobalFoodContest #AmericasPartyCorner #laomakase #chinoCuisine #LosAngelesChinoCuisine
