Must-Try Restaurants Before Leaving Texas

📍 Pinkerton's Barbecue I ordered brisket, beef ribs, and pork ribs, but my favorite was the honey-glazed pork ribs—they’re incredibly delicious even without sauce! I took a few bites of bread and pickles to cut through the richness, and then went back for more meat! The potato salad was also fantastic. 📍 Longhorn Steakhouse Just the bread for the appetizer, paired with the ice cream-like butter, was enough to make me happy! I had the largest size of Ribeye. The side dishes were all amazing—the Brussels sprouts are a must-order, and the baked sweet potato melts in your mouth, perfectly complemented by cinnamon and cream. The walnut and fruit salad is also a great choice, with its sweet and tangy flavor.🍊 📍 Ida Claire The corn tortillas with the red sauce in the top left corner (which tastes a bit like fermented bean curd) were unforgettable! The scones were incredibly soft—way better than those from the UK! The steak salad and blackened redfish were both outstanding. How can Americans make fish so flavorful?🔥 📍 La Panadería Bakery Café The breakfast king in San Antonio: a Mexican-style sandwich (with pork tenderloin, cheese, and pineapple) and chicken noodle soup. 🥪🍜 #RestaurantReview #Texas #USATravel #GlobalFoodieContest #Steak
