🌟Went to a high-end Japanese restaurant in Charlotte with my buddies yesterday called Hestia Rooftop. The overall experience was quite impressive, and I can’t help but want to share it with everyone here! 🌟This place specializes in A5 Wagyu and sushi, and every dish was incredibly delicious, a true delight for the taste buds. Our party of four ended up with a bill of over five hundred bucks. We ordered two appetizers, three sushi rolls, and two portions of A5 Wagyu, 3oz and 4oz each. You have the option to grill the Wagyu yourself at the table or let the kitchen do it for you; the texture is incredibly tender and rich. We also ordered a Wagyu fried rice, which had a unique taste, and it was the perfect match with mushrooms and macaroni as side dishes. Additionally, there was a salad that was refreshing and appetizing. 🌟We chose to sit in the outdoor seating area. Although it was a cloudy day and the view wasn’t as beautiful as Fahrenheit’s, the atmosphere of the entire rooftop was still great, perfect for friend gatherings or couple dates.
