This restaurant is said to be a must-visit when in Italy! **T-Bone Steak** The star of the show here, a must-order 🌟. Even with the outer layer of the beef charred, the juices inside are incredibly rich. It's hard not to fall in love ❤️. **Black Truffle Beef Tartare** A dish that caught my eye immediately. The black truffle is infused into the finely minced raw beef, making even those who usually avoid raw meat give in. The meat quality is outstanding! Paired with the bread and garnishes in Figure 3, it's simply amazing! **Wild Boar Ragu Pappardelle** The meat is super abundant. The wide noodles are coated in a thick, rich sauce 🥣, topped with meat crumbles. It's the ultimate comfort food for carb lovers. **Chicken Liver Pâté on Bread** The chicken liver pâté is served with freshly baked, crispy bread. The texture is very smooth and delicate, not a star but still delicious. **Braised Tripe** Slightly less impressive compared to the others, but the tripe is soft and tender with a sweet and sour flavor that's quite refreshing. We also ordered two glasses of the local signature wine, enjoyed with friends in a cozy setting. The atmosphere of the restaurant truly captured the romance of this city! They have a Chinese menu, which is attached in the photo! We walked in and waited for about 40 minutes, as the place was really crowded.
