My Favorite Ramen Spot in Boston - Special Edition 🍜✨

Restaurant: Yume Wo Katare ⬆️ Waited an hour in line and finally got to taste it! 😭 The incredibly tender, melt-in-your-mouth chashu paired with a curry-flavored broth creates an unexpectedly perfect combination 💫. The pork fat crumbs on top, combined with the refreshing bean sprouts and shredded cabbage, deliver a rich texture and ultimate satisfaction 🌟. You can also add aromatic garlic to cut through the richness (when the owner asks if you want garlic, remember you can add vegetables too!). I always add extra veggies 💚. If you add both extra vegetables and noodles, you might end up with a "mountain of ramen" 🏔️~ The flavor tends to be rich in oil and salt, which pairs perfectly with the chewy noodles – I absolutely love it! Every time, I finish every last bit of noodles and soup (and receive a "Perfect!" compliment from the owner 😊👏). Even if you don't finish the broth, you'll still get an encouraging "Good job!"~ In addition to the tonkotsu ramen with 2 or 5 slices of chashu, there's also a vegetarian option – grilled cabbage ramen? 😂 Though I've never tried it. The owner says they'll only be open until 2030 ⏳, so cherish every bowl while you can! #BostonEats #RamenLover #JapaneseRamen #BostonFoodDiscovery
