The rice is glossy and sticky, topped with caviar. Mix it all up, wrap it in seaweed, and take a bite—it’s pure happiness in a hand roll! 🌊🍙 2️⃣ Tropical Fruit Halibut Carpaccio 🐟🍋🥭 A seasonal special from August! Thinly sliced halibut with a sweet tropical fruit sauce, decorated with edible flowers—visually stunning and refreshingly sweet & juicy~ 🌸✨ 3️⃣ Ankimo (Monkfish Liver) 🦈🥂 Known as the “foie gras of Japanese cuisine”! Silky and rich, served with shiso, seaweed, and yuzu vinegar—decadent but not heavy at all~ 4️⃣ Yakitori Skewer Platter 🍢🔥 Juicy shiitake mushrooms, chewy thick-cut beef tongue, and chicken meatballs (Tsukune)—must dip in raw egg yolk + special sauce! One bite sends waves of savory-sweet goodness straight to your soul 🤤 But my absolute favorite is the Grilled Sea Bass 🐟!!
