Their uni (sea urchin) is incredibly fragrant and delicious. 2️⃣ Ootoro Sushi 🍤 Super fresh sushi! I especially love their shrimp sashimi and the miso soup made from shrimp heads. 3️⃣ Torigoya 🍢 I crown this the BEST yakitori in Little Tokyo! It’s the kind of place you crave when you’re hungry. Be prepared to wait in line on weekends!! 4️⃣ Sushi Gen 🍣 A high-quality sushi spot with great value. Ingredients are always fresh. It can get busy, so sometimes there’s a wait. 5️⃣ Bar Sawa 🍶✨ An amazing bar + omakase experience! Their sushi is well-seasoned and affordable.
