Even though the surface of the beef is charred, the juices inside are still very abundant. It's hard not to love it❤️. Black Truffle Beef Tartare🥩 A dish that caught my eye. The black truffle on top seeps into the finely minced raw beef, making even those who don't usually eat raw meat fall in love at first bite. The meat quality is really top-notch! Paired with the bread and garnishes in the third picture, it's simply amazing! Wild Boar Ragu Pappardelle🍜 The meat is super abundant. The wide noodles are coated with a thick sauce🥣, and topped with minced meat. It's the ultimate comfort food for carb lovers! Chicken Liver Pâté Bread🥖 The chicken liver pâté paired with freshly baked, crispy-on-the-outside bread has a very delicate texture. It's really good🌟. Braised Beef Tripe🥫 The taste is slightly inferior compared to the others, but the tripe is tender, soft, and has a sweet and sour flavor that's quite refreshing. I also ordered two glasses of the local signature wine. Sitting with friends in this atmospheric restaurant, we truly soaked up the romance of the city! I walked in directly and waited for about 40 minutes. The place was really crowded!
