As a lively university city in the South of France, Aix blends history with youthful energy.✨ 🌿The city is famous for its calissons—sweet almond candies that are a must-try! Along the Cours Mirabeau, you’ll find century-old shops specializing in this local delicacy. The bustling open-air markets are another highlight, offering Provençal treasures like olive oil, lavender-infused spices, and regional wines. The atmosphere here is simply delightful!✨ 🌿For my stay, I chose a boutique hotel named after Paul Cézanne, Aix’s most famous artist.
