N/naka | Los Angeles Two-Michelin-Star Kaiseki Cuisine

For my birthday this year, I chose to dine at the legendary **N/naka**, known for its incredibly difficult reservation process. Reservations open every Sunday at 10 a.m., and I had to act fast—I was in and out in three minutes! 😅 Gift-wrapping my birthday a bit off-peak was the only option. The entire restaurant exudes a Japanese Zen vibe. Each piece of sashimi was a heart-stealer—truly melt-in-your-mouth. Compared to traditional Japanese kaiseki, N/naka adds a touch of innovation, alternating hot and cold dishes perfectly. There's no risk of feeling chilled from eating too much sashimi in a row. The final dessert, sweet potato ice cream, was the perfect grand finale to the evening, wrapping up the meal beautifully. Unlike many restaurants where the main courses shine and the end feels anticlimactic, N/naka maintains its excellence throughout.🌟 When you're almost done, the chef comes out to greet each table, chat a bit, and then finishes the experience with a perfect Polaroid photo. 📸 It's the kind of place you'd want to visit again and again. The average cost, including tip, is around $500+. Highly recommended! 🌟 (4.5/5) #omakase #RomanceIsDiningWithYouForever #DinnerVibes #Tonight'sDinner #LosAngeles #LosAngelesMichelin #LAFoodie
