Nashville 3-Day Trip Guide: Eat, Drink & Explore!

Taylor Swift’s hometown Nashville is SO much fun! 🎵 The “City of Music” is full of great food, drinks, and vibes—highly recommend! 🌃 Broadway: By day, every bar has live bands playing. At night, neon lights glow everywhere—just pop into any place that sounds good! Grab a drink, chill inside, or head up to a rooftop to enjoy the breeze. Different floors in the same bar can have totally different music! 💡 Pro tip: Pre-game before going! We went to Moonshine, recommended by a local friend. 🍺 Ole Smoky Distillery Moonshine: Back in the day, brewing liquor privately was illegal—so people made it under the moonlight 🌙, hence the name “Moonshine”. For just $10, you can taste 1 beer + 7 different flavored whiskey shots! Beer: I tried Easy—super refreshing and smooth. Whiskeys: Peach 🍑, chocolate, toffee, apple pie… and more on the weekly menu. So delicious! 🏠 Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum & 🏠 Johnny Cash Museum: Learn about the origins of country music, iconic artists, and their greatest hits—plus a whole Taylor Swift exhibit! 🤠🎸 The Johnny Cash Museum focuses more on his life story—a deeper look into the man behind the music. 🥐 The Butter Milk Ranch: So popular that the wait was 2 hours! We chose takeout and ate outside. Must-order: THE C’REUBEN—called the “Best Sandwich in Nashville” 🥪, and it lives up to the hype! Their coffee is also great ☕. While waiting, explore the area: Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams: Try the blueberry lemon flavor—fresh and light! Cute vintage stores nearby too 👚. 🍖 Uzibegim Halal Restaurant: Cozy spot with possibly the most authentic Uyghur cuisine outside of China itself 😲. Must-tries: baked buns, beef soup, lamb skewers, and pilaf! 🍢🧡 🍗 Hattie B’s Hot Chicken: You can’t visit the South without trying hot chicken! Even the breast meat was flavorful and juicy.
