NC Food | Hidden Vietnamese Gem in Greensboro! Super Delicious
People often say North Carolina is a "food desert," but if you take the time to look, you’ll always find hidden gems like this little Vietnamese restaurant in Greensboro. This place won me over with just one meal, and all I could think about after eating was "I have to come back next time!"😋😋😋 I was craving fried rice badly today, so I ordered the Beef Fried Rice on a whim—and was blown away by the first bite! 🍚 Each grain of rice was perfectly separated, not greasy at all, with a light charred aroma. The beef slices were tender but not tough, coated in the savory taste of soy sauce. Every bite combined the flavor of beef and rice perfectly; even my friend who doesn’t like fried rice was grabbing bites, and we finished the whole plate before we knew it.😋😋😋 I also packed a Special Beef Pho to take home for dinner, and it was still amazing after reheating! 🍜 The broth is the star—it’s clear but rich, infused with the aroma of simmered beef bones. Add a handful of basil and a squeeze of lime, and it’s tangy and appetizing; I couldn’t stop sipping it. The portion of beef was incredibly generous: thin beef slices, beef meatballs, beef tripe… piled high on top of the noodles. One bite of noodles, one bite of beef, and one sip of broth— I instantly felt energized, like all my tiredness was healed by this bowl of pho.😋😋😋 This time I was so focused on the fried rice and beef pho that I didn’t get to try their stir-fries or Pad Thai. I’ve already jotted them down in my notes! Next time I come, I’ll definitely order both to see if they’re as amazing as the fried rice and beef pho.😋😋😋 ✅ Restaurant Name: Pho Hien Vuong✅ Address: 4109 Spring Garden St, Greensboro, NC 27407 #NCFood #NorthCarolina #RTPNCFood #RTPNC #RTPFood #RTPFoodRecommendations
