A truly delicious restaurant deserves to be shared three times, but this must be the 𝗡th time I’ve been here! This time, instead of opting for the mystery box menu like before, I chose the “DAL MARE (A)CQUA” set.❤️❤️❤️ Entrée de bienvenue (Welcome Snack) 😍😍😍 —— The welcome snacks were similar to what I’ve had in the past: simple yet appetizing. Un gambiero a Firenze (Sweet Shrimp) 💕💕💕 —— My favorite sweet shrimp! The texture is fresh and sweet, and they’re still incredibly delicious. Uovo e uovo (Egg and Egg) —— This isn’t actually part of the set menu. I always feel compelled to order the poached egg whenever I see it, and it’s still delightful. Black & White (Ink Pasta) 🐟🐟🐟 —— Fresh handmade squid ink pasta. Rich in flavor but not greasy—I love it! Una bomba di raviolo (Cheese Ravioli) —— The cheese dumplings are one of their signature dishes, but they’re still a bit too rich for my taste. Pesceolino Incavolato (Amberjack) —— The amberjack is prepared in two different ways: delicate and layered, with a very nice flavor. Pré-Dessert —— The pré-dessert was a standard small sweet, similar to what others at the table had. It was refreshing and served as a nice prelude to the main dessert. Dessert —— We each ordered different desserts, and each one had its own unique flavor. They were sweet but not cloying, with rich layers, perfectly concluding the meal. The desserts never disappoint and maintain the restaurant’s consistent high standard! 💰 Price-wise The restaurant has now become a Michelin-recommended spot, and the prices have increased slightly. Although the rise isn’t significant, it’s noticeable. However, the quality of the dishes and the overall experience are still worth the price. It’s especially suitable for “repeat customers” like me to continue exploring!
