If you insist on "splurging," there’s Kik —a budget store for clothes and odds and ends. You can grab a T-shirt for under €3! 👕 Why do I sound so bitter? Because the expensive waterproof jacket I bought in the Czech Republic (after losing my bag) got stolen at a Berlin hostel… That’s the third time something’s been taken during this Europe trip.
