New Coffee Place in Dallas ☕️ Aladdin ❤️ Turkish Coffee
The chubby blue genie from the Aladdin lamp left quite an impression on me as a kid, especially since most genies are usually portrayed as cute little girls. 😅😅😅 A new Turkish coffee shop has opened in Dallas, and it’s been about half a year since its opening. 🍬Aladdin Cafe Address: 888 S Greenville Ave Suite 200, Richardson, TX 75081 The place is filled with exotic charm and the decor is spot - on. There’s a huge mural inside depicting stories from One Thousand and One Nights, including the chubby blue genie. It’s perfect for taking photos. 🧁Since it’s a Turkish coffee shop, they naturally offer coffee on sand, which is brewed using hot, heated sand. This type of coffee is extremely strong and bitter. I’ve tried it at other places before, so I didn’t order it here. 🧁Instead, I highly recommend their Toffee Coffee. It’s pre - brewed and contains some caramel. I was initially hesitant because I’m not usually a fan of caramel, but the barista offered me a small sample to try, and it was surprisingly delicious. So I ordered a hot cup. It’s not overly sweet and has a very unique, nostalgic flavor. It reminds me a bit of the milk tea I drank as a child, but it’s not quite the same. It’s hard to describe, but I definitely recommend giving it a try. #DallasFood #DallasExplore #AfternoonTea #LocalCafe
