This spot has a stellar 4.9 rating — and it’s finally in Irvine! Rushed over with my girl and my partner on Tuesday night. The menu looked different from what I remembered, and the staff confirmed it’s been upgraded — featuring rare Stone Axe full-blood Wagyu tongue, Japanese A5 Wagyu, premium A4 Wagyu, Hokkaido uni with mentaiko, and even dry-aged cuts for richer flavor! 🥩 A5 Short Rib (My Fav) — Marbled beautifully, melts in your mouth. Have this first! 🥩 A5 Skirt Steak (Also Fav) — Leaner but super tender. 🥩 Also loved A5 Top Blade and A5 Chuck Roll 💛 Hokkaido Uni Loaded with fresh uni, topped with mentaiko sauce and torched lightly — pure bliss in one bite! The caviar uni tuna hand roll and Wagyu uni caviar nigiri were incredibly sweet and fresh too. 🥩 BEEF TONGUE! — The top must-order! Whether it’s the tongue platter or thin slices, it’s exceptionally tender with zero weird taste. Best with lemon juice + ponzu + wasabi for a flavor boost. They also have Australian Wagyu, various A4 cuts, and dry-aged meats, plus tons of sides and appetizers: stone pot bibimbap, sashimi, hand rolls, mini hot pot, and more — too many to list! Four price tiers — from $50 to $98. We went with Diamond tier — over 60 meat choices including A5, A4, Japanese Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, etc. Even the Silver tier ($49.99/$58) includes unlimited A3 Wagyu, and Gold ($65/$78) starts adding A4/A5!
